A new leak suggests the phone will set a new standard for how long a phone can last between charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a social media post by OnePlus executive Li Jie Louis, the upcoming OnePlus 15R will feature a jaw-dropping 8,300 mAh battery. That is a massive capacity, easily dwarfing the already impressive 7,300 mAh battery found in the top-tier OnePlus 15. A battery this large is rarely seen outside of bulky, rugged phones designed for extreme outdoor use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To refill this giant battery, OnePlus confirmed the phone will support 100W fast charging. While this is a slight step down from the flagship model&#8217;s 120W charging speed, it should still power up the device in a remarkably short time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnePlus typically releases &#8220;R&#8221; and &#8220;T&#8221; models as more affordable alternatives to its main flagship. These phones usually scale back on a few features, like the processor or camera, to achieve a lower price point.
