Arm Cortex-M1 and Cortex-M3 DesignStart FPGA are available and support free Vivado™ HL WebPACK™ Edition.

Configuration and Memory

The SP70 Kit allows JTAG, SPI, and QSPI configuration. The memory specifications are 4 GB (256M x 16) DDR3L, 1 GB Quad-SPI Flash, and I2C EEPROM 32Kb.

Control and I/O

Spartan®-7 SP701 is built with 5 User pushbuttons, 16 DIP switches, and 8 User LEDs. It also has System Controller, PMBUS, VITA 57.1 FMC LPC 1, and 6 Pmod Headers. Display features include HDMI Video Output, MIPI-CSI Camera Interface, and MIPI-DSI Display Interface.

Communication and Networking

SP701 has 1 UART to USB Bridge and 2 RJ-45 Tri-Speed Ethernet Connectors. The FPGA Evaluation Kit also includes I2C Programmable Clock and 12V Wall Adapter.
