After years of waiting, Capcom’s mysterious sci-fi shooter Pragmata finally has a release date. The company announced at The Game Awards that the title is scheduled to launch on April 24, 2026. It will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. In a surprise reveal, Capcom also confirmed the game is headed to the Nintendo Switch 2.
For gamers who don’t want to wait that long, there’s more good news: a gameplay demo is available right now on Steam. A console demo is planned for a later date.
The journey for Pragmata has been long. Capcom first showed off the game way back in 2020 with an initial 2022 release target, meaning the game will now arrive a full four years later than originally planned.
